Refund policy

Refunds and Returns are Not Accepted 

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, refunds and/or returns cannot be accepted.

All Order(s)/Purchases are considered FINAL once items have been assigned a shipment carrier tracking number. 

Damaged In Shipping Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, no longer than within three (3) days of date of receipt, if the item is received damaged in shipment in order that we can evaluate the issue and determine if any business/commercially reasonable accommodation can be made in the form of a return and/or refund.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving our written approval for a return will not be accepted under any circumstance. 

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
