How to Order a Custom Work

Include the following details in your email:
- Description of the project you want
- The approximate size if a board or sign
- The image or design you'd like engraved
We will review your request and respond as soon as possible with a quote.
Approximate Cost
Pricing for Custom Work will vary dependent upon the scope and specifications of the Custom Work being requested. For informational and example purposes, pricing for Custom Work boards or signs with a simple/non-complex design and measuring 18" × 12" × 1 7/8" will start at $400 plus shipping. Final pricing depends on size, complexity, and materials.
Custom Order Process
1. Deposit: Once you decide to proceed, we require a 50% upfront payment to secure your spot in our production schedule.
2. Design Approval: Before we begin crafting your piece, we'll create a digital mockup for your review. We'll work with you to refine the design until it meets your expectations. Production begins only after you approve the final design.
3. Production: After approval, we'll handcraft your custom board or sign with the same attention to detail and quality craftsmanship that defines all our work.
4. Final Payment & Shipping: When your piece is complete, we'll request the remaining 50% payment and ship your custom work directly to you.
